If I could give less than one star, I would. I have never been treated so poorly as I have by the staff at RBH Business Solutions, LLC. I am a small business owner and I understand tax season can be hectic. I just received my formal 1099 for the 2014 tax year today. It was finally hand delivered to me after being given the runaround about it being mailed, emailed and sent certified mail with no proof. I just dealt with Brenda Miller at my retail location and she was very rude. I am glad to have had a witness to reassure me I was not losing my mind. I was asking her questions regarding my late return and she just ignored me. When I asked her if she was intentionally ignoring my questions, her response was "Yes". She snatched the proof of delivery form from our front desk employee and stormed out of our shop. I have never dealt with such childish so-called professionals. I would hope they will try to treat their future clients with more respect than I have received.
