Joyce is absolutely amazing she starts up sweet conversations and really gets to know her clients.. her conversations are not to waste time like other staff commonly do.. I wait in line just to see her as the other ladies really seem to not take pride in their job... Joyce makes me feel like I'm involved in my banking whereas other people are bothered by you asking questions.. I'll never go to a ATM if Joyce is avaiable.. She is all around sweet and seems genuinely happy to be working.. although the parking downtown is terrible especially on Wednesday with the farmers market.. I always find it worth it to see Joyce.. even if it takes 20 minutes to get a parking spot... if every member of the Royal Bank staff was like Joyce I'd be there 24/7.. If I got the chance to do the survey on my visit.. I'd give Joyce a 11/10 every time.. If you do happen to go to this bank go to Joyce the lady with the big smile :) Thanks for the great client care Emma:)
