I am my grandmother's care taker and once my grandma changed her will (with the attorney that works for Valerie) not only does Valerie refuse to help us but she is extremely rude to my grandmother and I. My grandmother also made it clear she wants her son to be in the dark about everything. She completely ignores that and tells him everything. My grandma lives off of 2k in ss a month and she is not only rude and hangs up on me but she rufses to help when my grandma has close to 100k with them. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY HERE. There are many more financial institutions that will be thrilled to take care of your needs.
