I would not recommend their services to anyone! A mistake was made on my return. I completely understand how the mistake was made, but when I called, emailed, and text for help in the situation (the IRS suggested I get my preparer's assistance on the issue) I was entirely ignored! Mistakes happen, I get it, but it is extremely unprofessional to completely ignore a client, especially on the matter of filing with the IRS.
