This place is very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to go here. My past workplace had an incident I was unaware of, and gave me an unwarranted negative reference. I worked with a lady named Kristy while at Rand Employment. She called my past employer, which is her job and in no way would I ever be upset about that. However, when I came back to listen to what was said about me and thank her for the opportunity anyways. She bombarded me with false information my past employer gave to her. As well, she collected certain personal information about me, that I did not give her permission to do. Then, insisted I call my past employer in front of her. After i refused, explaining that I would give them a call personally and try to figure out what was going on. She demeaned me by insinuating i must have a bad character and started basically interrogating me for another 10 minutes. I guess she was attempting to catch me in a lie that i was not telling. Overall she was extremely confrontational and condescending, and in no way is this a way to conduct at a business no matter the circumstance. So good luck to anyone who goes here.

Applied for a position at 7am contacted by 10am and even was scheduled to be seen at 2pm the same day. Kristy was EXTREMELY helpful and super nice. She made everything easy, helped get my test taken care of, and scheduled me for an interview for two days later. I couldn’t be happier about the experience I had with Rand! Will definitely recommend them to anyone seeking employment.

This place is unorganized and unprofessional Kristy Barnes called me About a job I inquired on two years ago ! Then got me mixed up with some other guy talking about I called her about “piping” recently and that was untrue . Save your time and energy and look else where this place and the people who run it are a joke

I called to ask about a position on your website via the # on the rand website the 410-7770 # and the lady who answered the phone asked what i wanted and then said one moment... then she hung up on me... and then i called back 5 minutes later and said is this rand employment solutuions, and she said " oh you're looking for rand" and said one moment please.... and she hung up on me... This is one unprofessional a** bussiness...

Typing test was fast and efficient, but it turns out the state of CA doesn't accept their tests, and they insisted they did. HOWEVER, when we went to get our money back, the lady was not only happy to return it, but asked us to help figure out where the trouble was with their tests not being accepted. Major plus for their customer service, and follow-through on fixing that problem. Very professional, I would recommend them to anyone not trying for state work.
