Super happy we found Robin! I don't think she stops working. She set us up with an early Saturday appointment which was very convenient. Her rates are reasonable and she explains everything in normal people terms. And if you have a question, she's got the answer. Everything was done in one visit, no extra mailing or filing on our part. She's super efficient and she even saved us an extra $400!
