I dealt with one of the lawyers who works there, Dennis Sabourin, a self proclaimed estate/tax expert. After reviewing my situation he proclaimed he could get me 'at least' 800-900k back from a chartible remainder trust. After believing him I purchased a business with cash from savings and a mortgage on my family home. ( The opposing attorneys had him laughed out of court!)Long story short, the business wasn't successful, so I lost the money invested and the family home. But I figured my back up of 800-900k that Mr Sabourin 'guaranteed' he could get me, would give me an umbrella but it never happened! He got me less than 100k!! I couldn't even pay bills and property tax with that.Needless to say I was cast to the wolves and the family 'fortune' and home of 50 years was lost!This man is a charlton, a snake oil salesman! He will tell you anything you want to hear, bill you an unholy hourly amount of money, and fail miserably at all his promises.Stay away from this guy at all costs. He will take your money and not deliver on what he promises.Take it from someone who lost it all believing in this guy!!By the way, did I mention that the business I bought was on his recommendation. And that he invested 50% in it to be my partner. He was my attorney and now business partner. (Can you say, conflict of interest/unethical?). He promised management support which included his presence at the business several days per week while working full time for his law firm. He didn't show up even one day in over 3 years of our ownership.Once again he never did what he said he would do.I learned an expensive life lesson.Don't be fooled by this incompetent liar!If the NJ bar knew of his activities he would be disbarred in an instant!
