Let me tell you something here... I am filing my tax from this guy for last five years... (yes you read it correct 5 years). That’s because my compulsion... I do not know how to do. 1. This guy name Dharmedra is the CA. The only guy. His wife is helping him and he always have some college student as assistant (assistant keep changing all the time as he does not pay them sufficient)2. He is very expensive. If you have simple tax return do it yourself or if you are not confident ask other people where they go... but not here. Charges: simple $150, itamizing: $200 to $400 depends3. He is rude. Do not know how to talk with customer. This is your money not his... I have requested him to provide me his signed paper so I can file for parents immigration and he denied, no reason... I also asked after few days to provide me pdf version of my electronic filing and he is so rude on phone with me and said do it your self.4. Waiting is f****g loooonnggg. I mean it.. really long about 3-4 hrs and average. If you ask he gives you good excuses...LOL... you do not want to hear... anyway he took an appointment online as well as on phone but just meaningless.. marketing strategy nothing else.5. Do not pay that much money just because he knows your language... go to Walmart store they do have some CA there also check AOTAX they are really good or ask other people....Do not do not go there....and if anyone from RR accounting reading this.. improve your nature man....

Its very costly.. They charged $100 more than another accounting firm (who could not service due to their tight appointments).. But delivered what has been promised. Good news heard is that, the ITIN forms will be processed fully by themselves from this year onwards.

I have been using R R Accounting service for about 14 years and their service is excellent. If you want good service at reasonable rate (less than other tax service provider out in market) then you also have to provide right information as stated on their website.

R R Accounting & Tax Services has been successfully assisting me with my tax filings for several years now. The owners are solid and genuinely good people... extremely helpful, diligent, and patient with their customers (like me!) who are not familiar with all the nuances and changes in the tax laws/regulations. Shout out to Shilpa (and to her husband) for all the help and great work!

I always filed my tax with RR Accounting and tax services and they are very professional. I am with them since last almost 9 years. I came from South Carolina just to file my tax with this company. Dharmendra and his team always very nice to me and other people also. Let me tell you one incident here Last year I need to pick up someone from JFK and I thought that I will file my tax at the same day and I called Accounting and tax services one day ago before my visit to JFK and they accommodate me on very short notice so long story in short they respect all their clients. They filed my tax for last 9 years and All cleared for me. No issue. Very nice and professional team.

Be aware of this people, they will do wrong tax filling and in my case they filled 2016 wrong and when i ask, they dont even respond. Fraud people. In state tax i supposed to give 8$ but they filled wrong and they did refund 678$ ish.

I used them for two years. They are definitely more expensive than others. I don't mind paying more if the service is good. When I was talking about my stock gains/losses, he said I need to mention all of that to his assistant before meeting with him. And I was like 'how am I supposed to know that if the assistant doesn't ask for it !!!" I got a feelings that he has more clients now and because of which he doesn't care much for service. Anyways I stopped going to them after that.

I have been using their service for a couple of years and have been impressed with their professionalism. Post filing of my taxes, I had a question about how my foreign remittances would be handled. They did a thorough investigation and helped me with the right advice.

Been working with Dharmendra and his RR Accounting team since 2011. They have always been extremely responsive and professional. Been accountable for their work and even went out of their way during a random audit in 2014, without even billing me for it. When I asked Dharmendra for his fee, he said they don't charge for supporting their work. Hats-off!
