my experience was exceptional. Apart from the very pleasant exchange with my phlebotomist, she was extremely skilled with her pain-free insertion of the catheter. I was very pleased with all the people I met on staff.

I waited for almost 1 hour until someone showed up And once all my information was taken it took then another hour to get me started There was literally 2 more patients in the room Very horrible experience The management and staffs needs to be retrained

Total crap service... Left my paperwork in the office and couldn't reach anyonyone live to inquire if they still had it. Kept referring me to website. No live person to talk to? Had to drive all the way back to pick it up.

Worst lab ever, took over a week to schedule an appointment and than they forgot to process one of my lab tests so now I have to go back for an other blood draw. Can't reach a live person on the phone. They should not be in business, especially not in healthcare. One star 'cause there is no option for ZERO

crap service........... i was dealing with computer for more than an hour...... press 2, 4, 6, 8........ bla bla bla......... during this time i spoke with 3 different person and they keep on transferring me to next PERSON / or should i say NEXT COMPUTER...... HOPELESS.......... just REMAIN ON THE LINE........ for all your life........
