Made an appt and waited for an extra 10 minutes because they ‘only have one bathroom’ - no big deal, but the older lady of the two working at this location on fri may 11 was nasty - abruptly slamming things and barking orders at me. I finally asked her what the problem was and she had a temper tantrum and stormed out of the room! Avoid this location if you can.

Arriving at location at 247 was told they were closed. They do not stay open till 3 as stated. The clock in waiting room is ten minutes fast.

Definitely need to make an appointment for this location if you don't you will be there for at least an hour and a 1/2. The staff is rude and slow. They did something wrong with my paperwork and I had to go back to redraw the blood. I was told over the the phone that I could basically just walk in and not have to wait for the redraw. Noone at the location knew what I was talking about and I had to wait again. The staff at this location frustrating and easily confused.

Lady with the European accent was extremely rude to us for no reason, and was talking to us like we were dumb, and we never got our blood drawn, I was unaware we needed separate insurance cards (when we are on the same one) then told me we need paper orders to get tested here. (Basically I need a doctor to tell me to get my blood tested) Would recommend somewhere else, with better and clear service. I don't see why it matters if I have a paper order, if I have insurance and wanna take care of myself and get my blood tested.

Find another location if possible. Waited over an hour while their system said my wait was only 2 minutes. All of the staff were joking around talking while the waiting room filled up

I am unsure why the bad reviews, it's not that deep. I was in and out and that is all that mattered to me. I went early and there were 5 people in front of me and I only waited 10 mins max.

Stupid receptionist can't even give out the correct fax number to have paperwork faxed; wouldn't trust them taking your blood.
