I've been going to Quest Diagnostics Whittier for 2 years now and I have had a positive experience every time. They are professional, friendly, squeaky clean and they have 2 TVs to watch. I did have trouble trying to make an appt over the phone so I just walk in now with no appt. And I have never had to wait very long. I love that they have the computer check in. So quick and easy! If you arrive as early as possible and bring your doctors authorization you should have no trouble. Although I gave gone in without any paperwork and still no trouble. Also, if you look up at the TV you will see your name over to the right so you can monitor where you are in the schedule. Excellent idea. Personally, I love this place. I have never fainted from a needle being moved around trying to find a vein and this has happened to me many times at other places. This staff is very very professional. I was there 2 days ago and I did not even feel the needle prick. You can't even see a mark on my arm today and I bruise easily. And to top it off they are always friendly making for a very pleasant visit. Parking is a dream. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics Whittier. The best!!!!!

Personallyi think they should be shut down. They've lost 5 of my samples a while back.Not mentioning all samples were NOT collected using proper protocol and procedures." Is probably the reason they were lost"And to top it off, one of the phlebotomist continued to draw my blood after I told her I was passing out.... BAD PLACE! BAD BUSINESS! HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Very good service, friendly staff. Did not have to wait long and I️ was a walk-in, no appointment !! Only problem was the parking, the machine to pay is hard to use and long line to get out of lot !!

Have been here twice now.First time didn't have an appointment and arrived right when they opened at 7:30. There was about 20 people in front of me and the entire process took about 45 mins.Second time I made an appointment for 8:00am and was out within 20 mins. The people who have appointments have priority over the walk-ins.Before my doctor's office stopped drawing blood they would always have a hard time finding veins, eventually having to draw from my hand. At Quest both times they have gotten it on the first try in my arms.Staff here is friendly and helpful. You check in on tablets then they call you for your paperwork and insurance card.They have a TV in the corner with your (abbreviated) name letting everyone know their approximate wait time.

I needed to take a urine test, ive been here over an hour and I’m still waiting, if I could give them 0 starts I would!!!
