This QUEST office is the only place that I go for labwork to be obtained. This is not to be disrespectful but I always request the same woman to draw my blood. My veins are shot from chemo and also have a left arm restriction due to a mastectomy. This woman is a beautiful, competent young black female who NEVER misses. She is very polite and professional at all times. Not one person has ever been rude to me. The only problem that seems to occur frequently would be a delay receiving my results.I've been called by my doctors already but it will take up to 2 weeks to have my results sent to me via email. Can this issue be fixed ASAP??

Busy, sometimes there is a wait, oftentimes not. I have been going here for almost 2 decades in this location and know the staff quite well. They are humorous and try to keep things light, but are seriously skilled at finding a vein. I won't go anywhere else.

I was very nervous as i have never got blood taken before. The women was very patient with me and calming. I was a little scared as i didnt know what to expect and she even had another women come and hold my arm to be sure i didnt jerk. It was not that bad and was very quick. If you are doing a fast i suggest making an appointment so you arent starving. Very friendly staff quick and fast results as well. I will definitely come back next time.

Everything went very quickly and smoothly. However employees were sarcastic and rude to me, and got smart with me when I was confused about something asked of me. I was there for a urine drug screening for pre employment records, and when brought back to the restroom the previous patient had urinated a bit on the floor in front of the toilet. Both nurses saw this and made a remark about it, however they still sent first me into the room for the test without cleaning it, and also sent my boyfriend in after who was there for the same purpose without cleaning it. I was very uncomfortable stepping near someone else's urine, and although the employees were trying to be nice there was an air of attitude that was absolutely not tolerable.

The staff was extremely rude,especially the blonde lady .I was told I was driving her nuts because I needed to use the bathroom to the point were I almost went on the floor after I sat there for an hour. We all have bad days lady, don't take yours out on me. I should have just went I'm her garbage can and walked out, but I had to be there for work
