Set an appointment time, didn’t get called in for half an hour after the appointment..very unorganized

My veins are difficult to draw from and i will only go to the Wareham office. They draw my blood painlessly on the first attempt. They are always professional

GREATº¤ø,¸¸ø¤ºSUPERº¤ø,¸¸,ø¤ºAWESOMEº¤ø,¸¸,ø¤ºPERFECTº¤ø,¸¸,ø¤ºTHANKSº¤ø,¸¸, Made an appointment for standard / routine test for my PCP. Technician drawing blood was courteous, informative and very polite. And to top it off, so gentle NO Bruise on arm where blood was drawn !! In and out in less than 15 minutes since I had scheduled an appointment online. Would definitely recommend this office location !!!

Horrible....went in, no one at the desk. Signed in and waited 30 minutes before employee came to counter and called appointments in, whom showed up 25 minutes after us. Asked employee how it worked with walk-ins and appointments? She said she had appointments every 15 minutes and could get us in when/if she had time. Throughout entire time there, only saw 1 employee in the back who had brought patient in, only for employee to go use the bathroom, then return to patient. Walked out as never got a direct answer as to how long we'd have to wait!*** I'D RATE IT WITH NO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION ***

Worst organization. Can not find electronic orders even though they have been sent by the hospital - so they turn you away and want you to come back later after you have traveled miles to get there. No one answers the phone. No way to reach a person on the phone. No way to check on status. No way to leave a message. Just a horrible experience. Should we be trusting this type of service with our most important medical tests?
