Feedback:

Showed up in the afternoon with no appointment. Was in and out in a half hour and I didn’t even feel the technician when she took my blood. She was very personable and professional. The inside was clean although kind of dated.

Feedback:

I am posting this review not out of anger for myself- but to warn others.The phlebotomist present was so incompetent- she should be fired.I dont like to cause a woman to lose her source of financial security-but this lady- presents a medical danger to any customer - becauseshe has no presence of mind. This woman failed to communicatebasic important information re: my scripts. She planned to take 32 vials of my blood- because I had overlapping scripts from 4 differentdoctors. She marked up all the scripts so they were unusable- whenI left to go to another lab. She mistakenly shredded one of my originalscripts- so it was never returned to me. I count myself lucky not to havecome under her needle. I wouldn't trust her to keep her needles straight& sterile- or to insert them carefully, and properly. The waiting area was- a loud blaring TV- factory blood operation. not even a paintingon their walls. LAB CORP IS SO MUCH BETTER/MORE PROFESSIONAL& COMPETENT. This occurred on Friday 8/31/18 between 2-3pm

When I made my appointment for a test over the phone it was completely automated, I couldn’t speak to a person. When I showed up, after taking the morning off from work I was told mine was the only insurance that they don’t accept. All I was told was “sorry”. When I asked why this information wasn’t given to me when I made the appointment I was told “I don’t know”.

I didn't have an appointment this morning when I walked in at 9:20, but it didn't matter; the wait was a very short 15 minutes. The individual that drew my blood was very personable, very professional, and very caring. The facility was small but clean. I was out by 9:45. Excellent pain-free service...recommend very highly!

Sales associate was very rude and unhelpful. They would not under any circumstances sell me clean urine samples. We haggled for over an hour before I was promptly removed from the building.

I always come here, every 3 months, with an appointment and have never had any bad experiences. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient. My suggestion is to have an appointment scheduled.

Horrible. Staff is nasty, the office is tiny and the wait is long! A woman threw up all over and the continued as nothing happened. Nobody bothered to clean the puke in the rug.

Usually only have one person on staff drawing blood. Wait time is always longer than they tell you it will be. There is no one sitting at the front desk to help you.

I’m not sure I understand the use of sales associate in this type of place but I’ve never had a problem. I take my 91-year-old mom there for blood work and I also go there too every three months we usually make our appointments online so when we check in the wait isn’t too long. I found the staff to be friendly I guess everybody has their own opinion. You need to use their iPad to check in which for some people might cause a problem and they don’t have someone there at a desk to speak to you anymore I guess that would be the downside of the place you basically go and sign in and wait for you to be called.

Went into quest lab for a redo on my glucose test I am 8months pregnant had to redo the 2hour test due to them screwing something up. 1st left with black and blues all over both arms. I was stuck a good 15 times, the lady taking my blood was a way older women who was set in only trying to get blood from one spot I asked for her to try some where else she would not. Finally after numerous more sticks and digging through my veins she got the vile of blood. Now 2 weeks later I’m back to do it again was hoping the same lady would not be there but of course she was so again she sticks me 3times in each arm for the first round of blood knowing i need to get blood taken 2 more times within the next 2hours. The second hour she’s digging & re sticking me numerous times to the point she laid me down on a table in a number of positions while 8months pregnant. Finally on the last round of blood n being stuck again many many times a younger employee came in & told her to try going in a different spot so now on to my hands she goes. Still did not get it finalllly 30mins later she went in a couple different spots and got it right away. They deff need to re hire younger employees that know different ways to take blood I understand your used to one way but now I have bruises/ collapsed veins all over both arms & hands. Not happy will be going somewhere else from now on
