Feedback:

I arrived at 7:30 am to get labs done for my doctor. Waited until 8:45 am and no one showed up. Not even anyone to come by and say they weren't opening that day. Late for work, no labs done, and no one answered the phone.

Just went was in and out for a Blood and Urine test in less then 20 mins tops and was a WALK IN! So for what I wanted I have to give 5 stars. At the hospital or dr office would have taken weeks to even get in!!

Can't seem to talk to someone in person as NO ONE is answering the phone personally.

Terrible customer service and extremely rude receptionist. When asked a simple question we were given the run around and lied to.

I admit I was skeptical based on the reviews but the low cost and convenience made me go forward with this place. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I bought the labs online and walked in the next day around 2:30pm. No appointment or anything and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The technician was very polite and friendly and her skill with the needle was on point. I’m sure people have had bad experiences but I definitely had the opposite experience. I’ll use them in the future if I need more labs. Oh and one more thing. The beauty of this place is you don’t need to go through a doctors office and get a referral. You can just order your own labs. That saved me at least 50 bucks.

I had a great experience with this lab. I booked my appointment online the day before which was very quick and easy. When I arrived for my appointment, I checked in with the code I was given and within 5 minutes was taken back to get my blood drawn. The lady was very friendly and efficient. She did a good job drawing my blood. Altogether, I was in and out in 10 minutes. The whole process was quick and easy.

Check in is a tablet. I was the second person in the holding area never saw anyone in person. Several people went behind the door and then came back out. I did see my name go up and down the waiting list over the 1.5 hours I waited. Never got any blood draw there was no one behind the window from 8 to 9:30 to ask any questions and no one ever answered the phone. I felt like livestock not a good experience I am paying the extra money to have my labs drawn at our doctors office.

So, I'm going to try to call again to check on labs BUT I can't get past this automated service that ... that disconnects when you ask to speak to a person.
