Feedback:

Worst system ever. They have you sign in as a walk in and tell you it will be 30 minutes. Then every person that walks in after you bumps you down the list. Been here over an hour. Bloodwork at the hospital is in and out in 5 minutes. Avoid quest if possible!

Feedback:

Always great people Stephanie and Mike are top notch

Feedback:

The cashier was very helpful. She sad "hey we have one of these bottles of wine in the cooler I'll go get you a cold one."

Feedback:

Today I had routine blood work for the first time at Quest Diagnostics because they accept my insurance. I had a scheduled appointment and was in and out in 20-25 minutes. The waiting room was comfortable and the technician that took my information and blood was efficient, competent and had a good sense of humor. Everyone in the waiting room appeared to have appointments and were done in a timely manner.

Feedback:

I have had awesome experiences here. I make an appointment every time and I usually don't wait more then 15 minutes to get in. The people who work here are always super friendly, helpful and kind. It looks like people rate this place low just because Quest Diagnostics prioritize people who have appointments.... which doesn't make sense to me as to why that's a bad thing for people. Just make appointments! Otherwise of course you'll be waiting around! I also love that you can go online and make an account to see your lab results as soon as they're available. It's much faster than waiting for my doctor to call.

Feedback:

OK. I have tried repeatedly to contact Quest directly but it is impossible to get a live person. Today March 23 2019 at 10:20am I was behind the quest vehicle in the picture when I watched it run the stop sign at the intersection of E Albert st & Park ave. Then at the next intersection of E. Albert & Oak ave the driver sat at the stop sign until I blew my horn for them to wake up. The driver then continued on and entered the southbound lane of route 8 at exit 43. Number on back left was 141 and on the right was 75634 and the plate number was C 079175. Quest has GPS on all their cars and can easily verify what I have stated here.

Feedback:

I’d rather have a rat chew on my toenails than visit this place.

Feedback:

Here as we speak! Wait time started at 9 minutes.. been here for 20!!! Just looked at the TV now it says 15 minutes?? This is a JOKE.. my advice is if you HAVE to come here and you have no choice MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

Feedback:

My test went perfectly fine, my technician was great but while waiting I heard another technician yelling at a veteran that all blood draws for the VA had to be done between 9am-11am to be shipped out and his appointment was at 11:30am. The man was very patient with her but she was very rude and so loud the whole office could hear her. A warning to all VA members, go between 9-11am!

Feedback:

Great experience. Friendly staff, quick and efficient! In at 7 am out by 7:30!
