Had an absolute garbage experience. In the case the short brunette had autism if not then yes she talked to me in an unpleasant manner and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She was barking at me like I was her red headed step dog. Treating me like I was on probation and I was there because I was a convict. Rushing me and barking at me telling me to take off my prescription glasses and put them in the locker. She was an absolute b and nobody should take their kids or anyone they love here. All I did was come in to take a pre employment screening and I was treated like a prisoner. 0/5 rating all around. Poor attitude, talked down to me. Ugly woman inside and out.

Phlebotomist Donnie was friendly, professional and personable. Offices were clean and the waiting room had plenty of magazines that was really not needed because I was in and out within minutes.

Go somewhere else if you can. Preferrably Concentra downtown.The short brunette is snotty and has never been in charge of anything in her life, and now she lets you know who's boss. I treated her the same way she treated me. Remember one thing when you go there. You or your company is paying them. They're not paying you. Don't get blinsided by their fake times either. The times posted on their site is for everything but drug screens. They only do drug screens from 7-11 and 1-3. I showed up at 11:20 on 05/30/2019 and was told to come back between 1:00 and 3:00. The one that was there at that time showed me a microscopic sign that had the times written on it. They're to lazy and worthless to put one outside that states that. Write a review about them so maybe they'll get rid of her or both of them.

I GO ONCE A MONTH AND DONNIE AND ANY OTHER ATTENDANT THERE ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALSO PAINLESS.

I went in to get blood drawn, and the woman working was very kind and patient with me, which is appreciated when I have a fair fear of needles. She got me through the process for the test and ensured everything went smoothly. The office is clean and tidy and overall it was a very good experience, which is impressive for me considering the whole thing makes me very nervous. I'll likely be returning.

I went in for a drug screening and the 1 lady who was working there acted like a total wench. Why go somewhere where the employee is going to be hostile for no reason? Terrible experience.
