My husband came in for routine bloodwork. The reception was very helpful and polite. We did not have to wait long. Angie, the phlebotomist was very careful and pleasant and all went well. We will return to this location when needed.

I had an awesome experience here. One of the top two easiest/least painful blood draws of my life. It is located right by Pier 1. If you get there before 6am, the employees i think park in the back so go ahead and sit right by the front door. Everyone else in the parking lot is your competition, not staff. Two kiosks to check in on, make one line so you don’t get stuck behind an old person who doesn’t know how to work with touch screen technology. Immediately called back. Very prompt processing and draw. In and out in 15 minutes.

Made an appointment and i was in and out in 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient and made me feel welcome. I didnt even feel the usual "pinch" you feel with bloodwork. Never thought i'd have a great experience getting bloodwork done but this was awesome.

Overall it’s the busier, but better location in St. Augustine. They have a less laid back environment here, which means they process more patients more efficiently.
