This place has one of the rudest staffs ever and even if you have an appointment they never call you on time. Please go somewhere else.

The technicians are always late on Saturdays. The sad part is that the management is not doing anything about this. On top of that the TVs are not even turned on for the patients to know their waiting time. The sign on the door says that Quest Diagnostics opens at 7:30am on Saturdays, but they opened at 7:47am. All the patients spoke to the technicians asking them why do they never open on time. Instead of the technicians apologizing, they were giving attitude. The picture posted is the proof of them opening late.

After waiting for almost a half hour with no one in the reception area to greet you or give you direction. You enter a room full of people not know what exactly you are supposed to do? You are left to figure out the procedure for signing in for you self. Turns out there is a small electronic sign in screen at one of the desks. There is no water cooler in the reception area. After my wait I was hostilely greeted by a young woman named INGRID. She was both unfriendly and combative. I have been to this location several times before with the exact form I came in with today, she said that since my Dr. had not entered my name on the top of the form, that she could not help me. I advised her that I was in the system and had bee to this location several times before, she did not even attempt to pull up my account. I then asked her to call the Dr. office, which she did but got the answering service. She said I would have to come back! I asked her if she could look up my Dr's direct phone number in the system, she refused to even look! I also asked her to have my Dr. paged. I then asked for a supervisor and INGRID said she was the supervisor? Horrendous, lousy customer service especially considering the huge amount of money they bill for service. GO ELSEWHERE. QUEST SOUTH PLAINFIELD IS NOT A FACILITY TO VISIT IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH ANY DECENCY!PERHAPS YOU CAN BE TREATED WITH SOME DIGNITY AND RESPECT ELSEWHERE.

I've been going to quest diagnostics for 15 years and the experience is always been a pleasure. After going to LabCorp for years this is like dying and going to heaven.

I got here at 7:30 AM today (Saturday). There was a line of people already waiting outside the door. The first technician got here at 7:36 AM. Another technician arrived at 7:42. I didn't even get to sign until 7:45. No wonder there are long wait times if your staff doesn't arrive on time! At 8:52 I finally got seen. Then they talk about what test I'm getting in front of other patients in the back??They had to call in a supervisor because they got so busy. I had a supervisor who was really nice, but man, don't come here if you want to wait for 1.5 hours.

There is no receptionist.The phlebotomist doesnt have time.They dont answer if you have any questions.Very very poor service.Just trying to screw patients

Cant find online appt on 7AM any location for routine bloodwork, so I walk in. Its over an hour now and still sitting down waiting
