call to make an appointment. No humans available to answer. You could leave a message but the mailbox was full. They read off an 888 number so fast you have to call back to get it. Call the 888 number and it is a robot that struggles with hearing your request. The South Pasadena recording says they are open on Saturday the robot disagrees. Their new hours stink. This used to be a good place. Quest used to be a good company.

In & out quickly with appointment. Staff friendly & efficient. Patients bathroom unacceptable. Appears this location has undergone some renovations but bathroom has no hook for handbags, no sink & no area to place specimen cups so you have to use floor! There are no paper towels either. You have to handle everything in an unsanitary manner then go to another room to wash hands and place specimen cups on counter top that is not designated for specimen cups. For a medical laboratory to be so unsanitary I'm surprised & unsatisfied. I will try another location next time.
