My wife and I both needed blood work done around the same time. We went around 930am and didn’t even have a chance to sit down before they called my name! Kiosk check-in wasn’t a problem as others have said. Hardly any wayClean facility Pleasant staff

Don’t bother— drive further! I’ve never been there less than an hour even with an appt!! Awful awful awful!

This is my favorite location for getting labwork done. Lori is so pleasant and knowledgeable it really is a pleasure to have that professionalism and a smile. :)

Fast check in. Many people in the waiting room but I actually went in before my appointment time! Pleasant staff. Very helpful. Clean facility. Plenty of seats in the waiting room. Big TV to watch. Plenty of parking.

Be very aware! They will demand a credit card as soon as you walk in the door. According to Quest Patient Services, this group needs to be retrained! You do not need to give them a credit card number. Of course I had a coding issue, and everything needs to be resubmitted to the insurance company, and sure enough! My credit card has been charged during this mix up. This is going to take months to resolve.

Third day in a row and haven’t had my blood drawn yet. I waited over an hour yesterday and needed to leave for work. I figured maybe it was just a super busy day so I went back today and waited for an hour and a half and left after the woman who was drawing blood was ungodly rude to me when she called out a name similar to mine and I asked her to clarify to make sure it wasn’t mine. Absolutely will never return. I strongly suggest everyone who needs their blood drawn finds another Quest unless you enjoy waiting for hours and being treated poorly by staff
