Feedback:

Not open while under construction. Update your hours if you are going to close. Not just put up a sign that is literally spelled wrong 😂 what a joke

Should update their hours to say Cutoff time is 3 pm. Not the listed time of 4 pm. just wasted a bunch of time.

I just wanted to find out if they have my Doctor's order but they do not answer phones. I called 3 times and only machines were talking to me.

This was the fastest I have ever been seen! I was in and out in under 10 minutes! The caveat being I took the time to make an appointment. Those with appointments are prioritized over walk-ins...with that said, do yourself a favor and make one. It is as easy as an app down load or via a browser, NO CALLING NECESSARY 😊 The staff was pleasant, especially Raquel, whom took my blood and did an excellent job! No bruising or blown veins! Yay! Remember folks, it is not the fault of staff when YOU make a choice to walk-in and have to wait.

Had my fastest visit EVER here for a blood draw this morning. 9am APPOINTMENT (which helps, I’m sure, thought honestly there weren’t too many people there on a Saturday morning). Once they called me back, it probably took about five minutes from start to finish for a few vials of blood. Quick and virtually painless, clean, kind—no problems today!

I was treated with respect and efficiency...no problems there at all. But what I struggle with is being unable to contact or speak with a person via phone for information. Customer service is a challenge everywhere it seems, but in a medical situation, human contact is particularly important. It helps all parties!

I spent 20 minutes attempting to book a simple appointment. There phone system ran into an "error" and kick me out... I call back, and I was unable to talk to a Customer Service Rep (by design)... so I went to the Web Site... attempted to book an appointment, and the website errored out (Systems were down). There isn't a phone number you can call to get a hold of a human... !?!?!?!?

I cannot say enough excellent things about this Quest location. I have never had my blood drawn so fast, efficiently, and with superb customer service. I had to have my blood drawn about four times in three months and every time I waited a very short time. Thank you for your superior service Quest of Soquel.

This clinic won't talk to you on the phone unless you're a doctor. They insist that you, as the patient, have to show up on their doorstep before they speak to you. So if you have a question regarding anything, they simply won't talk to you. There's no option to talk to a real person if you call them. So messed up.

Feedback:

I did not have an appointment, arrived at 7 am, several people were ahead of me but I was finished by 7:20 am. Very efficient, nice professionals.
