Feedback:

Great experience everytime and super friendly staff, and they always find a vein since mine are very illusive and do not like to be poked. I do have a simple request for the corporation in charge of this branch, please hire more people as the 2 people that work there are swamped everyday. And they do their best and I am not complaining about them. They need more people to staff this branch, point blank. Its extremely busy and more people would help ease the workload.

Normally I wouldn't complain, but wow.... I walked in around 2:30 on a Monday afternoon 7/17. There was no one at the window which is fine, I understand people get busy. I signed in and sat down. While I was sitting another gentleman asked the person at the window if his orders were there, she looked to see and they were not, she was fairly friendly to him, I figured I should ask as well in case my doc didn't send them. I walked up and asked politely if she would check to see if my orders were there and she told me she was by herself, and wasn't going to waste her time looking for my orders and I should just go sit down since they were busy. Needless to say I was shocked to be spoken to like that and told the woman working that was very rude, to which she replied no it wasn't. I'm pretty sure I don't want her anywhere near me with a needle so I left, I'll try elsewhere. You probably should to.

Techs are friendly and very good. Been going there for 10+ years, never a bad experience. Clean, movie in waiting area. Can make reservations on line, I usually just walk in with my paperwork.

Been there many times and they did a good job. However last time, March 24 the receptionist was rude and combative. When I said I'd forget the lab she was happy. Reported this to the Dr andtopopthe lab that ordered the

It's nice enough and the staff was friendly but I took my mom there and she is very weak due to her recent health problems and Quest had no wheelchair to help her get into the building. Every other place has wheelchairs for people so I was surprised this one doesn't. It makes it very hard on people dealing with sudden illnesses that leave them weak and get very tired from walking short distances.
