VERY HOT in this facility. Apparently, the ownership has decided to turn up the thermostat on the AC in order to save money. Not cool.Also, one Hispanic young woman who works there is VERY quick-tempered, often rude, and unnecessarily confrontational. (This observation is based upon two separate visits, two months apart, in which I dealt with her.) She may need a course in anger management if she is going to continue in a job in which she needs to interact with people.

These lab people know their stuff. I am a very hard stick and it is rare that I get so much as a bruise when they stick me. I highly recommend this location for any labs you may need.

Happy to share that the Reedley Quest Diagnostics has made tremendous improvement in their patient services. Much needed additional employees have been added, resulting in my recent visit today being handled expeditiously by the friendly, professional staff. In and out quickly and on time to work before 7:45 a.m. this morning. Thank you Ladies of Quest!!!
