Extremely rude staff! I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading the poor reviews here, big mistake. During my visit, quest diagnostics was understaffed and drug testing began about an hour late, I had no problem with this as I had time to wait. But to my surprise even after being respectful and nice toward the staff, I kept on being treated rudely (I'm sure it's stressful when its understaffed but it is not an excuse or justification to treat people disrespectfully). Once I got called in I was grossed out on how unhygienic the bathroom looked and was, overall it was not a pleasant experience and would suggest going elsewhere if you have the chance .

Staff were efficient. If you do not have an appointment, you will have to wait. This place has been fine everytime I go. Which has been frequently, Lately. Their waiting room is nothing fancy and not very comfortable, but they do not expect you to stay there long.

I think it’s great to just go in there and handle what I need done. Of course if you don’t have an appointment you have to wait a little while. You need to know that before you go there. Some people going in there expect to go in and come out in five minutes that’s not going to happen but that’s the way things go in most places where people can just show up. But if you go in there and relax you’ll be called and be right out of there and it’s no big deal.Service is always been great for me as long as you’re willing to relax for a little bit.

Waited over an hour for an employer drug screening. Let the receptionist know that I really needed to use the restroom but was advised that I’d have to wait.I found the staff to be very aloof - like I was another cattle in the call line. If you want service from a medical staff that seems to care, this might not be the place for you.When I couldn’t anymore, I went to the restroom in the hall, downed 2 liters of water after, went back and waited another 45 minutes. When I checked what was taking so long, they let me know they called me but since I went to the restroom, they didn’t think I’d be able to go again for a while. Glad they know my body!I would have definitely had no problem bearing traffic to Beverly Hills for another screening location if I’d known how slow it would be.

great experience went in for a pre employment drug test , didn't have a appointment only waited 20 mins , Trish was very kind and nice she explained everything to me and provided me with great service
