Feedback:

Winnie is a Winner! She efficiently handled the check-in, drew the blood and explained the urine sample procedure and did it all with a big smile and great personality.

Feedback:

I was a walk in customer for a blood test with two customers before me. Their new sign-in procedure was efficient, waiting area was clean and tidy, although not very well decorated, and my wait time was less than 5 minutes. I was treated kindly. I have no complaint. I could have deducted 1 star for the minimal decoration but I think it is not necessary as long as we have a short wait time.

Feedback:

Walked in on time to an empty waiting room to have my son give blood to test his severe nut allergy. 4 different people working inside the Princeton location let me, my wife & son sit there for 30 minutes without as much as looking at us. We watched them discuss fixing the cable on the tv so they can watch Steve Harvey. After 30 min I had to interrupt their conversation to ask why we were being ignored. One told me the computer was down. One told me we were not in the cue. We were the only ones there and they walked by us at least 20 times with out even an acknowledgement. We will never go back there. Less than one star! Less than armatures! Total waste of time. There is a reason every quest in the vicinity is 2.5 stars and less. They hire cheap unprofessional people to do very important health work. Quest Princeton is horrid. When my 8 year old says "Daddy why is this place so broke down" its time to leave! That's exactly what we did.

Feedback:

My comments are probably contrary to others, but I found the staff courteous, patient and friendly. I also had no issue waiting for my appointment (which was punctual). Perhaps it was because I booked a Friday afternoon appointment, but I had no issue whatsoever. I will see how it goes with the lab results in case I get similar mix-ups to those that others have mentioned.

Feedback:

extremely rude place. They don't respond to patients requests, ignore doctors prescriptions and lose test results.

Feedback:

Staff does not know rules and I had to revisit

Feedback:

Quite literally the worst company and customer service I've ever dealt with. Doctor called to tell me they lost my sample so no tests could be performed but I still got the bill from quest. Customer service was angry and rude when I disputed to bill. Still not resolved.

Feedback:

Update July 2019: lab tech Onny was amazing, I walked in and waited for 5 min and I’ve never seen someone work so fast and efficiently. I arrived at 10:45 and was out by 11:10am. April2018: I showed up at around 12:15pm on Monday, and there were only three other people ahead of me. I was out of there in about 30 minutes. Apparently the rush happens in the early morning. The staffer who took my info and blood was super cool and helpful.

Feedback:

Friendly staff, walk in wait was 20 minutes

Feedback:

I have gone to Quest for 15 years. Most experiences were good. The staff is friendly and efficient. I had a rare event on Feb. 9, 2019. The phlebotomist raked my arm with the needle as it was withdrawn, so I have a scratch. In 42 years of blood tests, I have never had this occur.
