No one is excited to go get their blood drawn but the ladies at Quest make it not suck :) Check in process is iPad based now and VERY simple. After your lab is done, you're free to go. I appreciate the smiling phlebotomists, too. Always chipper, quick, and efficient.

Roseanna is an excellent phlebotomist and great customer service. She is checking into why quest can’t bill my insurance for a ca-125 test when other labs can. I prefer she does it.

Go here for blood work and let me say it is one of the better blood work places around here the ladies are all friendly and they are very fast meaning you don't wait forever even when it's a huge amount of people who are in front of you when I went to other lab places they were all super slow and it took forever to get in and out this place the longest I waited was 15 minutes which is very good to me would recommend going to this place for all of your lab needs

Run... do not walk. Waiting months for test results / serious medical condition. Upon hours of investigation, found labs requested by dr ( hard copy of orders given to phlebotomist) not even performed. She performed test not even ordered & completely disregarded dr’s orders! No excuse. Also lab in FWB earlier sent lab results to a physician who was not my physician. Serious HIPPA violation!

This use to be a good place for labs, changed staff and the results are the nurse didn't bother getting a different lab code with ended up costing me $150.00 dollars I can't afford!?! ( I've tried in vain to get this matter settled? ) Will not be using this location again.

Fast and professional. You have to sign in on kiosk first. I didn't have an appointment. The most I have ever waited was 20 minutes.

I needed to get blood work. I found this place on decided to go ahead and get it while on our mini vacation. I made an appointment online on Saturday for the following Monday for 11:15 which wad the first appointment above. We went straight there after checking out of our hotel. We got there at 10 hoping I could get it a little earlier. I signed it and literally just sat down when they called me back. They were quick, very friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them, si much so that I might would make a 2 hour drive here the next time I need blood work.

Walked in to the beach location, used kiosk to enter my information. Sat down and my name was 1st and thought I was next but they kept calling folks in before me and then I noticed I went down to 4th on the list!! Then notice “walk-in” beside my name. Other folks kept coming in and signing in on kiosk and had the word “appointment” beside their name, therefore I went back down on the list and they were called in before me. Only waited 45 minutes for a walk-in but next time I will try and make appointment. Service was Excellent after I got in and was out in 10 minutes. They were gentle and very nice!! YES I will go back to this location, but like I said make an appointment first. I noticed everyone who had an appointment was in and out in about 15 minutes total.
