Christine is an amazingly friendly, comforting and service-oriented person! She knows her job -- no concerns about mix ups or the like. It felt more like a spa visit than a blood draw. 10 Stars!!! Clean. Great location.

Horrible experience here. The receptionist and lab tech were on a power trip. I went to get a urine test for a new job and was treated like a criminal. I will never use this lab. So unprofessional and condescending and after asking around I guess that is a known fact in the area. Looks like Quest needs some new blood in Orleans...

Just left Queat lab. I read a couple of bad reviews about this place online this morning when I went on to check their hours and was super surprised because I have been going there for years with everyone from my chronically sick child to elderly, to extremely sick patients and have always had great experiences. I went in this morning with a scrutinizing eye because of those reviews and now officially think those people were either crazy or having a really bad day because the women at Quest were awesome! My husband and I both went in for annual bloodwork and they were fast, efficient and friendly. Best of all, they were professionals and really good at their jobs! Andrea drew my blood and she was great! The other woman there drew my husband's blood. He said she was great too but he just can't remember her name. Good job ladies and THANK YOU!
