Feedback:

Was disappointed went there early in the morning there was no one in the window u had to sign in on a tablet thing that was not the problem .... The problem was after waiting over a he was told they did not accept my insurance it would have been nice to have been told that instead of waiting till I was called then turned around guess It was partly my fault bc I should have made sure I was in the right place but still would have been helpful for someone to be there to see my papers instead of wasting my time

I have been coming to this location for a couple years now, the staff is ALWAYS welcoming and super knowledgeable. Today I was helped by Delilah and she is very very kind and comfortable to be around. I was in and out in 10 minutes (with an appointment of course).

Desiree was amazing she had me in and out in 15 minutes. She’s so sweet and funny. She calmed my nerves 100%. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Always busy in the morning, definitely recommend an appointment. The wait can be up to 1 hour long. Also need Refferal in hand typically to get the correct lab work.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Quest. I will never return to their Orange City location. I arrived as a walk-in at 9:09am on a Saturday. Before I could even sign in a tall blonde hair lady came from the back to call another patient back and stopped me from signing in. She asks in front of everyone in the waiting area (which was full) if I was there for my glucose tolerance test. I was shocked. I answered yes and then she says wait before you sign in because we may not be able to see you. She then goes to the back and starts talking about me to someone in the back. I could hear their conversation, and who should come out to tell me that I couldn't be seen. At that point, one of the male phlebotomist came to see if I needed anything. At this point 10 mins or so has passed. I explained to him what happened and he looked at my lab request and stated oh yea they are an hour behind and that they close at 11am. Of course, I'm shocked because what does them closing at 11am have to do with anything. I expressed to the guy that I could understand if I arrived right before closing but to be here a little after 9am and turned away because of an hour testing doesn't make any sense. He told me that they could draw the other testing on my requistion but that I would have to come back for the 1 hour glucose. I asked well if I have to sit for an hour after drinking the drink, what difference does it make if they are an hour behind or not. Then he tries to tell me oh no it'll be an hour before we could even check you in. Let me tell you I was pissed! I work in healthcare field on the clinic side, so I know he was BSing me. I told him I understand that it is Saturday and that you guys want to get out but this is not good patient care being practiced. Then the tall blonde head girl comes out to say what's going on, I explained to her what he had said, and she say oh I was about to bring you back now. The guy was given her the look like shut up, and she did, never going with what she said she was going to do. By taking me back. I asked for the supervisors info and left.

Horrible customer service, the women who helped me today was unfriendly and rude, another staff member was complaining how they were going to be "short staffed" on Thursday because she was being sent to another location. To make it worse my ID was left unattended for a period of time, while I was getting a test done!!! SOME of the staff really need to be retrained on proper customer service at the orange city location.
