They don't have people in the front desk, you check in on a kiosk and you are clueless the whole time. If you call them on the phone is an automatic system and you don't get a real person. It's not always good to be so automated and have no human touch at all. I didn't like it.

The worst experience every time I come. This is the 2nd time and my last. With or without appointment theres a 2hr wait. Walk ins have come and go and I'm still waiting since 8:25am with an appt. We ask about it at front desk and the reply is there's nothing they can do and we have to wait.

8/3/19 LABS done by Robert were FAULTY (results showed Acute Kidney Failure) AND left a terrible BRUISE where blood was drawn!!!!!

Terrible they took my urine sample and my doctor never got it so what did they do with my urine ? Just dump it out

Mind you I am a 11 year old girl, and I think that the service was terrible I took my blood test today and lady was not in a good mood. Not once did she even smile. For a child i was nervous and she didn't even comfort me or tell me it wasn't going to hurt, all she did was tell to put my arm on the stand and sit down. One star only because there wasn't an option for zero.

It ok so it small but the people oh well very respected and I never had no problem Whoever has a problem with this change to another place because this place is awesome and it's close by
