Wonderful experience with newborn! I took my 6 week old daughter here for a blood draw (after lots of online research and phone calls) and they did better than at the hospital! Very experienced staff: they warmed her foot, let me hold her the whole time, and took two tubes in case one clotted (which had happened before at the hospital, causing us them to have to stick her again). They also were extremely kind to me, as I was very anxious about the draw since I am a first time mom and my daughter had been in the hospital for a week prior with horrible blood draw experiences. We just walked in without an appointment and only waited about 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Does not honor confirmed appointments. I had an appointment on 03/10/2016 at 12:45PM. I reached there at 12:30PM. The lady there was busy talking on the phone for more than 30minutes for another white patient. I left at 1.00PM without having my work done since I had to return to work.
