Feedback:

I took a chance coming here without an appointment. I was reluctant because of the bad reviews. This is the closest location to me, so I took the chance. Arrived at 3:30 on a Friday (they close at 4pm), and my mom was called back in less than 5 mins. Perhaps we got lucky and the time of day had something to do with empty waiting room. Anyways, the staff was fine and all went well, thank goodness.

Feedback:

Trying to get blood draw , cannot figure out if they are open. It’s veterens day. Nobody to answer the phone , no info on line. Frustrating!Their recording says “ our phone number is ......” . Really ? That’s dumb. We called so we obviously have the number. How about if your open or not if your not going to answer your phone.

In and out in 10 minutes. Casey drew my blood and she was amazing! Friendly, quick and painless.

My name is Eric Clifton , and I use this facility for periodic blood draws. I have always had a positive experience from the staff. I never feel the needle and I'm scared to death of them. On 11-29-18 Casey and another woman whose name I can't recall provided me with 5 star service. I want particularly point out Casey who went above and beyond what I think of as genuine human consideration and kindness. The details would most likely not mean much to the reader of this but its something I will not forget , simply because I don't encounter the level goodness I felt from her as well as the other woman on duty at that time which was 9 a:m. I hope that they are recognized for the service they provide each day. I know they made mine.

Waiting for hours for a simple check up. Everyone that came after us has gone in before us. Very slow. Staff doesn't appear to be doing anything but walking back and forth and talkingm

Very nice tech, but only one was there. I had an appt. at 1:30, he kept taking people ahead of me with no appt. I did not get in until almost 3:00! Another tech came in and the first tech came out and said he had been called to an emergency, so we still had wait. Anyway, they are all very nice but you need to hire more people!

Very nice personnel, they do the best they can. Liz and Scott are great! Sometimes waiting hours for a simple lab test, they need more help. Only lab we have for MILES.
