HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Stay away. The person drawing blood seeming incredibly unhappy, cursing at everything. Obviously having a bad day and took it out on the patient. I decided to pay cash rather than inconvenience her with my insurance. What a joke.

I have been coming here once a month for 4+ years. Which gives me a good picture of how it is run. Very clean and techs are friendly (most) and efficient.. Could use a receptionist.

I had blood drawn at the Quest in North Kansas City today. The lab tech was surly, unpleasant and non-communicative. She gave no instructions or directions. She put a urinalysis cup in front of me and gave no instructions on how to collect and where to go to collect. She also drew 3 vials of blood, looked at what was ordered. She then took the top off one poured half of it into another empty tube and sent it in place of the 4th tube she should have drawn. I will travel a lot further to have blood drawn at a different lab.

I went to the Quest on Clay Edwards Drive this morning and had my blood drawn by Kristin. She is knowledgeable, professional, warm and friendly. Great customer service!

Extremely disappointed in the service and quality of the technicians. PLEASE do not go there and spare your self some pain. I would give this facility a zero if possible. I have had blood drawn many times in multiple places, but this is by far the worst experience ever! It took 3 different times of several techs trying to get a vein. One lady came in and said here I can do it, she then got the needle into my arm and began "probing" using the needle to do so, all while jabbing (no exaggeration) the butterfly needle deeper into my arm, so deep that I ended up jumping. Even I could tell she didn't get the needle into a vein. Why would you probe every direction with a needle, if you had gotten the needle into a vein in the first place? My arms, yes both, are extremely sore, I came out with three different bandages on both arms and even with that, not all the tubes where filled appropriately (one tube was only 1/2 full). Makes me concerned that the tests will not come back accurate. Not to mention the inappropriate talk of three techs in my room, discussing who was in the lobby (people there for drug screens and what was said about "them"...) VERY INAPPROPRIATE!! Anyway...STAY AS FAR WAY AS YOU CAN FROM QUEST DYNAMICS AT NORTH KANSAS CITY HOSPITAL ON CLAY EDWARDS DRIVE!!!

I was really worried about this lab after reading the comments. I went at 7am on a Monday and the lab technician was so nice! Her name is Wendy and she was great. In and out in less than 20minutes, granted I was the only one there.

Well it was my first time, for me this was convenient, east because they accept walk-in and they open at 7:00 am which allowed me to be at work on time. Wendy had soft hands, she was nice. Thanks.
