Working that computer thing is a pain in the neck. I barely know the one I have and to try and work another brand is nearly impossible. Not many old people can't work computers if they are over 80. My friend is 65 and she can't work one or even a cell phone. The waiting time just walking in is terrible. There should be someone working just the walk-ins when are some. I go by bus and buses don't line up with appointments.At least the computer worked this time and I didn't have to wait going later.

Seems like everyone is forgetting to make an appointment. I get in less that 20 min every single time and I go once a month and yes I learned my lesson cuz I forgot to make my appointment 2 times and waited over an hour and left.

I made an appointment and got in relatively quickly but the girl who entered my information tried to say my OBGYN gave her the wrong code. She refused to type it in again, refusing to admit she possibly could have made a mistake, wouldn't wait for me to get a response from my doctors office and made me leave and come back. I'm so busy I may actually have to end up now rescheduling my doctors appointment because I dont have my test results yet. That should take me about another 3 months now. Thanks a heap, Coyote Ugly! Oh and the code was correct. It was the exact code listed on Quests site for doctors for the lab work I needed. Hopeless!

I’ve never had an issue with the military road location, if you go online and schedule an appointment you get in and out fairly quickly. I’ve taken my 4 year old to this location twice in the past year for allergy related testing and they were so fantastic with her she didn’t even cry! Highly recommend this place, just make sure you schedule yourself in on their website because appointments take precedence over walk ins

Small waiting room, left an elderly lady who had to use the bathroom sit in the waiting room for who knows how long. No bathroom easly accessible to the public, as a mater of fact it's behind a locked door! Stupid computer check in barely works, and when it does you need to fill out info twice or three times to make sure it is right. Just pathetic

Horrible relay of patient information to the staff. Many elderly patients have a loss of sensation in the extremidies (fingers/hands) but hey they can figure out how to use the touch screen all by themselevs. There's not even an assitant behind the glass window if someone does need help. They're system for walki-in's is a joke. If your a walk-in plan on walking back out after waiting for an hour and a half because you will see that you just keep getting pushed down the waiting list. I completely understand appointments should go before walk-ins but at least make it fair and keep and the wait time per patient in consideration. Every sinlge medical facility is a bussiness and should ran at its best poteiental. This Quest Diagnostics center on Military road has failed miserably. I'll take my bussiness elsewhere thank you very much.
