Feedback:

I've mixed experiences over the last decade. It's mostly young, inexperienced people who work there. But, they have to start somewhere. And they cost less, of course. A bit of patience is needed - but 2 unsuccessful sticks? i ask for another person to try it. Sometimes no one else is available though, if it's really early or lunch or whatever.

Feedback:

Horrible woman at the front desk enjoys making people have a bad day. I would go somewhere else.

Feedback:

I got a blood test drawn here on a Saturday morning. The front desk was professional. My phlebotomist was quick, good, and friendly.

Feedback:

Horrible experience! I have small and hard to find veins and told them when I arrived that I need to have a warm pack to hold on my arm before the blood draw. Years ago, when a nurse was having difficulty getting a vein, she gave me a warm pack to hold on my arm for a while, and then it became easy for her. Since I routinely had this problem, she told me to always ask for a warm pack when I arrive at a lab for blood work to help plump up my veins. Since then, it has always been easier because I knew to ask for this. But here, none was offered to me after asking. When Erica took me back to the room, I asked again. She told me that different phlebotomists work differently and she didn't think she'd need one! How arrogant! Of course, after sticking me, she painfully dug around and around in my arm with the needle! She finally started to get a little blood, and then my vein collapsed. I told her it always works better for me with the warm pack. Then she walked out of the room without saying anything. Shortly afterward, the other phlebotomist walked in to take a shot at it. This time I was given the warm pack, after asking again. But she also didn't seem to believe that it was of much value, because she didn't give it much time to work before attempting again. She did get a vein in the back of my hand, but stated that the blood was flowing very slowly. She asked if I wanted her to try another spot! NO! Two sticks are enough! Still, she told me that I don't really need a warm pack if using a vein on my hand because they're easier to find! She was much nicer and more respectful than Erica, but honestly, I was shocked at the lack of knowledge both of them had about the value of the warm packs and the time needed to let them really work. If this is what they're teaching in the phlebotomy training these days, it's woefully lacking! Plus, they need to be taught to listen to what the patient says works for them, based on their OWN EXPERIENCE with their OWN BODY! I will never go back here!

Feedback:

This place is horrible and deserves no stars! The employees (Veronica, Oscar and the receptionist*) have no customer service. They do not know how to own up to their mistakes and apologize for wasting people's time! This is a clinic and they should know how to take care of their patients (specially if the patient is pregnant). If they take their job as a joke, they should consider other career options.

Feedback:

The best of the Quests in Napa. Annabel is the best love her so much. Eric
