A very busy place with only ONE employee! The wait was over an hour and a half with a bothersome television blaring. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Have always come here with no issue, but today came in and was told that they didn't receive my lab order, as their fax machine is broken (and has been for three weeks). No fault of the employee here (who is always wonderful), but really disappointing that Quest can't get a working fax machine into one of their locations in three weeks - given that faxes are essential for medical information.

I have waited over 45 minutes and have still not been called. The TV is some sort of very loud streaming. Don't come at 7. They may be open but not staffed to see anyone. I came yest we rday at 7 as well . Was met with a full waiting roim. Why don't they staff up for busy times?

Too much trouble signing in with touch screen. What was wrong with the paper & pencil they used to use. Not everybody is happy using computers for everything.....

I’ve dealt with “Darlene” quite a few times. For myself and for clients that I send to the mount Labanon location. She is so rude! This woman has treated all my co workers poorly as well as clients. If she hates her job so much she should just quit! Darlene, if your reading this, maybe you should find some peace in your life!!!

Virtually no waiting. The girl that did the blood draw was very pleasant and apologetic about having to stick me again. No bruise!

Quick service, with courteous staff. I was called within 5 minutes of my appointment. The team member that i was working with was very efficient and really knew what she was doing.

I have gone to this location many times without issue. However, today I show up for my appointment and they didn't receive my lab order because their fax machine is broken and they tell me it has been for several months. Also had no email for my doctor's office to electronically send the work. I was basically told unless you go and physically bring the paperwork we can't help you. Not sure how you can efficiently operate a quest location without a fax machine to receive lab test orders from physicians...

Had an appointment this morning. It ran as smooth as I hoped. Signed in and 3 minutes later was in the room getting blood taken. The nurse who did it was very nice and professional. We wished each other a Happy New Year's and was on my way out the door. In and out in 15 min.
