Been here multiple times. Everyone has always been pleasant and quick. Today I was in and out in 20 minutes with 3 people waiting in front of me.

Give yourself a lot of time. They make you sit there so they can have conversations for an extended period of time. I will definitely go to another location in the future.

been there recently for my son's test. The nurse was patient and friendly. And the wait was only five minutes.

terrible service. I know I didn't have an appointment, but it said walk ins welcome. So I came prepared to wait. Signed in. After an hour and a half and nothing except for a cursory acknowledgement that I was there i left. Unfortunately I have to use Quest labs for my insurance so will need to find a more professional phlebotomy unit

No live Person! I made an appointment, but there was NO WAY to specify which type of test I was making an appointment for!!!

They made me pay during the service and didn't send that part of the bill to my insurance company. I shouldn't have paid any money according to my insurance! And they never pick up the phone!!! Bad bad service!

I went here because they are in my insurance network (I checked before going) only to have my claim denied because they sent my samples to an out-of-network lab for analysis. They also never pick up the phone.
