Worth the wait. I went early with no appointment and visit took about half an hour, maybe a bit longer. The person doing the draw is highly skilled and turned what used to be a long a difficult process into a fast and painless procedure. Next stop, breakfast at downtown Mill Valley Whole Foods, or maybe the Depot :)

Maybe have more than a single staff member on hand. Waiting a half hour and not even being acknowledged is piss-poor service.

A bit of a wait, it is a one girl show. But she was great once I was seen and quickly took my blood and I was out. Very friendly as well.

Dana made me feel super comfortable. My veins are flaky at the best of times and she was able to not only find one and make it work but also make me feel comfortable all at the same time.

The staff was excellent -- the temperature was terribly cold. I have a HUGE anxiety issues with needles/blood draws -- I do everything possible to make it thru these things (e.g. make sure I'm hydrated, ask for small needle, lie on my back, etc). The entire area is super cold -- WHAT? You need to be warm to make your veins show up -- I was freezing, my arm was freezing, they missed the vein (again, not the staff's fault, it happens) and then they missed the vein again. I had to abort the blood draw as my body goes into freak out mode. I will NEVER use this location again -- apparently the landlord won't fix the thermostat.

Perhaps more staff would ease the burden that led to some of the negative reviews I've seen, but the people with whom I've worked while getting blood tests don have been very professional and well trained. I've been there to get for blood samples taken four times at this point, and I've been in and out of there as fast, if not faster than expected.

I made an appointment for 7:30 for an online order from my doctor. The woman could not find my order and gave me attitude about it when I asked her to look again. Turns out she spelt my last name wrong and my order appeared. Woman did not appolozige, and even with appointment they were 15 minutes late. Was late for work. Do not go here!!! Very disappointed.
