Great for having blood drawn. The digital check-in procedure and immediate report of wait time is excellent, as is the ability to have results emailed directly to you. Courtney (I believe that is the correct name - young African American phlebologist) was excellent and should be a trainer. Her positive "can do" attitude puts a patient at ease when having blood drawn. She was professional, competent, quick and pleasant. I am someone that supervises many staff members, and if she were on my staff I'd make an effort to be sure she stayed with our company.

Having cancer screening delayed because of clueless phlebotomists is absolutely infuriating. Healthcare standard for the area though.

I am a regular visitor to this Quest Lab and I have never had anything but the nicest people take care of me. Super friendly and professional.Today they actually topped that. I went there this morning and I ran into a problem with my lab order not being in the system. Never happened before. Andrea looked everywhere in the system she could think of. She then went to see if it was faxed in instead. No dice. It was nowhere to be found. I told her not to worry about it, that I would come back later after I called the doctor and got a new lab order sent over. She told me absolutely not, that she was going to take care of it. She then called my doctors office to see what happened to the order. Turns out the doctor did send it in. It turned out to be a Quest system problem. I can't thank Andrea enough. You turned what should have been a very frustrating situation into a stress free morning. Thank You!

Had a 915am appointment and got in 2 minutes after. 1st visit there and had a very positive experience! Have an issue with draws and sometimes get very flushed and am known to pass out...VIVIAN was awesome and quick to get it over with and with a minimal painful poke.

The team member that took my blood (I wish I remembered her name) could not have been kinder to me. Unfortunately I have a tendency to pass out when I have my blood taken. The nurse was so kind to me and made the process as quick and painless as possible. I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit directly, but I am very thankful for her kindness and the rest of the staff's help when I needed it most.
