The staff are not concerned about patients waiting in the waiting room. Two staff on this visit. Each patient allotted 5 minutes but takes them at least 20 minutes to draw their blood. Takes about 10 minutes after a patient leaves before they call another. This place is terrible.

Its 40 degrees outside and they got the AC on. Been here for an hour to get a drug test. No one at the front desk to answer questions.

Walked in to have my blood drawn for tests ordered by dr. In and out in 20 minutes. Mary did a great job. Quick and painless.

I don’t understand how people can just come here without making an appointment. Especially on a Saturday. Only reason why it’s not a 5 star and it’s a 4 star is just for it being understaffed.

No one at the desk, it's an automated check in. Have to wait FOREVER just do get anything done, even a simple pee in a cup for a drug test I had to wait 1.5 hours. Go anywhere else but here.

Arrived on a Saturday at 11:40 and the doors were locked when they don’t close until 12:00. No one would open the door after knocking for 15 minutes. Terrible service. Seaford location much more accommodating.

After the computers went down at the bethpage location we rushed over to the massapequa office because they’re hours are so terrible our only option was to have it done on a Saturday. We arrived well before closing time but they had already locked their door and refused to open it after several attempts at knocking when we could hear people on the other side of the door.

Been trying to call them all morning, to find out about fasting before blood test(appointment at 1:15pm!!!). First time they told me to call later because they so busy. Two hours later unpleasant woman told me to call my doctor (who’s on vacation at the moment), and didn’t even listen to me.... So... Very unprofessional, rude and careless...!!!
