Absolutely terrible service. Very rude staff - Michelle & Melissa were probably the most unpleasant medical staff we have met. Not helpful or kind customer service at all. Couldn't even get the lab results & had billing issues. Don't ever go here or any quest for that matter. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

I was surprised to see several one stars reviews for Maryville Quest. I've been there many times and have always had prompt, friendly and efficient service. The last time, I was in and out in 15 minutes. But I should add that I always make an appointment. Without an appointment, you may have quite a long wait behind those who do.

The lab tech called me - the most bitter, surly, unpleasant, rude person I've been greeted by in years. Upsetting to say the least. Worst customer interaction imaginable. I recommend finding another lab - this experience completely unacceptable.
