Very slow even when there is few customers. They don’t know how to properly pull names and access our information. They are not able to provide estimated cost of the lab tests.

They always have new staff who even does not know how to work with system and how find your name in the computer. The Spanish women who was working to get my sample was so rude and couple days later I found out she contaminated the samples and I need to do the test again!!! Also Everyone was waiting for their turn more than 20-30 minutes!!

I go here regularly. Staff cant read the computer and ive had to go back for more tests several times as they didnt do full order. Today i signed in and was listed for 18min wait. 30 minutes later their screen talls me i still have a 15 minute wait. Waste your time and its uncomfortable as i came prepared to pee in a cup . Will be finding another option.Update. Its been a hour wait and the screen tells me i still have another 10

My wait said 36 minutes at check in. Finally got in an hour. Then had an inexperienced tech, unwilling or maybe unable to answer my questions. She just wanted to be finished with me, and let me know this. Have had much better experiences prior to today with experienced, knowledgeable and most importantly nice techs.

I had a very positive experience at this QUEST location, I had a bit of a complicated requisition from a Allergy doctor and there were questions on the requisition that required two phone calls to my doctor to confirm what was requested.I wish I had gotten the names of the folks who went through the paperwork and the actual blood draw, but they were fast, friendly, efficient and most importantly patient with my doctors requisition. The waiting area appears to be recently renovated. You must use a kiosk to sign yourself in, and there's a TV with the wait list so you know where you are in line. I am not sure what the deal is with the other negative reviews, but everyone I dealt with were super nice and patient. Well done!NOTE: This lab is located in the bottom of the building, so park behind the building and go into the door at the bottom of the building, don't walk around front.

Friendly staff and the wait isn’t bad. They know how to draw blood without mangling your arm , that’s important for elderly patients .
