That caucasian lady in charge at the front counter must learn customer relation. She treated or scolded me like a kindergarten about how to fill out paperwork in a very sarcastic and rude manner. She shouldn't be dealing with people as I could tell that she has a SUPERIORITY complex. Not very nice!

Gave this place a good review in a survey. Stupid me. Lost my vials of blood and my results. Horrible. Might put a very needed procedure on the line. That info was needed.

The lost my newborn baby's blood sample. Very unprofessional not to mention I have to put my baby through this painfully process again due to your mishandling and losing it....you should not be in business you are amateurs
