I made an appointment online, then became worried after reading the reviews. I arrived five minutes before my appointment, saw a waiting room full of people. used the kiosk to check myself in sat down and was seen in 20 minutes never speaking to a person until I was seen. the phlebotomist who drew my blood was very nice she was professional she answered my offhand questions. the only reason I would ding them the one star, is due to the fact that they couldn't find a measuring tape, for getting a measurement of my waist, nor easily use the device to record my height. other than that the place was clean and I saw nobody being treated with disrespect I would use this place again.
