Signed in on line, stated it held your place at the time was a 40 minute wait....been here 1.5 hours and everyone else who is a walk in has been pushed ahead of me. That is the deal? Cant talk to anyone. They avoid tou like the plaque. 3 people walk in....as walkinshaw no appt and I go from a 20 minute wait to a 32 minute wait. Will never come back here!!!! If you can take so many walk ins why is there not more appt available to

Saw the reviews online and needed to go in anyway. Set up a walk in time online prior to going in, they saw me as soon as I walked in. Jessica was professional, courteous, and an all around sweetheart. Check it out for yourself before making a judgement

Took my one year old son here, worst experience ever! It was his first time. They wouldn’t take it from his hand insisted on the crook of his arm which meant someone holding him down. Then they put the band on and took their sweet time while he screamed. They poked him twice in each arm and then wiggled the needle getting a small amount of blood. They wanted to do more tries but I refused. They wanted him to come back because they didn’t get enough for all the tests. I asked them to run what they had and I would get a script for the other tests separately. I spoke to the doctors office today and they informed me that quest called and told them my son was uncooperative and that they disposed of the two tubes they had and did not run any test. I would never recommend this place for anyone!

Don't even bother to go there. Had an appointment for 3pm. At 3:20 asked the nurse why we are still waiting... been told she would check and just finally called someone else. Left at 3:30 without having the blood work done.

Wife and I have used the Lockport location several times. Always treated with courtesy and professionalism. Helps if you have an appointment.

The Male Doctor is the rudest most arrogant man I’ve ever met. FYI he misdiagnosed my symptoms and gave me the hardest time to get antibiotics. Another time I saw a Female Doctor who barely spoke English and I couldn’t read her handwriting or understand her. The worst part the nurse didn’t understand either. It took 20 minutes to give my info and a hour to be seen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a zombie!!!! The nurses are hit and miss with treatment. They are nice or extremely rude! Sucks because it’s only place besides Lockport hospital ER and their way way way worse!

Slowest service imaginable. Waiting room FULL. Not enough staff. They should NOT advertise, "walk-ins welcome". My daughter and I left and went to Catholic Health Labs. We were in and out in ten minutes and we were actually greeted by nice, friendly human beings rather than an ipad.**Since this original post, the other lab I mentioned closed down. I was forced to go to Quest. THIS TIME, I made an appointment. I was in & out in 10 minutes and the technician was friendly & professional. We have been back several times and, with an appointment, it has been a quick, good experience.

There is always, at the very least, a dozen people waiting in line at whatever time you get there. Ridiculous "self service" touch screen check in system, so if you have a question, too bad. I guess it's too much to have a receptionist available. Go someplace, ANY place else if you value your time and self respect.
