I arrived at Quest on Taft Rd at 9:10 am & waited just a few minutes. Sharon greeted me & took me back to have my blood drawn. She was pleasant, helpful & informative as to what the total cost was & how the co-pay would work. She knew what she was doing & it was all done quickly & painlessly. A very positive experience!

We arrived prior to closing on a Friday afternoon and we're told we were too late, but yo come back before 11 Saturday morning. We arrived at 10 on Saturday to find the office locked and dark. This not only caused inconvenience but the disruption of a regular medication cycle as well.
