The women were very nice, organized and prompt. They really take care of their workplace. (Painless as well!)

In and out in no time with an appointment. In fact I got there early and they got me out the door as my appointment time was just starting. Very friendly and skilled phlebotomist on duty. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

I needed a pre-screen drug test for a new employer and had been turned away from LabCorp, two days in a row, due to their system being down, followed by their incompetence to have necessary paperwork needed upon such system problems. Quest was able to quickly and politely process my sample prior to their scheduled lunch break. I am thankful for that. Bravo Quest Diagnostics!

It's an ugly office. Normally only one phlebotomist is here at a time but they're not usually too busy. Most of the time you can just walk in without an appointment. Location is clean, staff very good at drawing blood. Normally in and out within fifteen minutes.

Returned to this location this morning. The woman in charge should be fired. She was extremely rude, ignorant and non-accomodating. At the very least she needs customer service training. If I was her boss I would fire her she should not be dealing with the public. My wife and I left there and went to the Quest location in Trappe Pa. They were wonderful. Very professional and helpful, friendly atmosphere. The way it should be for "Customers". Thank you

I was literally 3 minutes late for my appointment and they refused to see me! There was a large truck blocking their storefront sign, so it took me a couple of minutes to locate them, Very poor customer service.

Only 1 tech working in the morning with a wait time well more than a hour. Some people just walking out after hour and half waiting. Quest is too cheap to have a second tech on duty for the morning shift. Find somewhere else to go or bring a meal an expect to sit for a long time.

Easy in, easy out. Very nice woman working there. The hardest part was filling out info on a tablet rather than writing it by hand. No patient in there liked the tablet.
