Tucked away in the corner of the building. Can be easy to miss if you don’t spot the “Quest Diagnostics” font on the window. Went there for a drug screen for work (they apparently have specific hours for drug screens. The only hours I remember are 8am-12pm. There are other hours but can’t remember). I suggest getting there early in the morning as there is not much of a wait. They also welcome walk-ins. I got there at 8:30, checked in, and was called up in less than 15 mins (this was without an appointment). The whole drug screen process took less than 15 mins and I was out a little before 9am. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Very bad customer service, never anyone at the front desk to answer questions or direct guest. Let me not forget to mention that they move at a glacial speed. This place needs a manager

I don’t know what the other reviews have stated about the location but the times I’ve been here which has been a lot recently Jack C is the best! He is quick and painless. Talks to you during the draw and makes you feel comfortable. He jokingly told me that he’s only been doing it a week which was hilarious! but has been doing it for 21 years and he is amazing at what he does! He deserves a raise and a paid vacation! Lol. Thanks Jack for making that part of my illness so easy! Many blessings!

I’ve been coming to this place for the past 4 years and they have always been very nasty and rude. The only reason I go their is because I live next door. Specially the Filipino old man, he has the worst customer service in the world. Save yourself the struggle and go somewhere else.

Was a little apprehensive because of other reviews but had an excellent experience. It was pretty crowded but I was seen within minutes of my appointment time. Jack C did my blood draw and it was quick and almost painless. Definitely will use this location again.

Bad service. Mean to the older seniors. Snaps at you if you ask them to repeat something. I didn't see a single smile in either staffs faces. Do not come here if you want good service. They will likely bruise your arm cause they don't care about the patients only themselves.

this place is the worst to get anything done. Lack of service and there is NO way you can get anyone on the phone. Its a loop and eventually they hang up on. Extremely bad service.

Had an appointment for 9:30 on a Saturday. When I showed up, the door was not locked so I walked in but the inconsiderate female thing at the counter said the office was closed because of a busted water pipe discovered when the office was opened at 7:00. I told her that I have an appointment, and asked why no one had the courtesy to call me, seeing as the pipe was discovered more than two hours prior to my appointment. She told me to back off or she would call the police. Number one, someone should have called those who had appointments, and number two, LOCK THE DOOR! I met three other customers in the parking lot (who also had appointments) and they were furious when I told them. I would say that place should be closed down because the staff there are so backward, but I fear that those staff members would be transferred to other Quest locations and infect the really great people that work at the other Quest locations. Also, making an appointment or showing up an hour before the appointment time will not make a difference. I tried to show up an hour before but they still did not call me in until an hour and a half after the scheduled time.

Read the reviews, didn't really care or expect all that much. I just thought it would take a few hours as I'm used to. I went In today on Friday at 1:10PM for a pre employment drug screen. Workers seemed cordial enough and I was out of there before 2PM even without an appointment. Way faster than my last drug screen at a different place. No complaints just figured I'd give a good review just because I don't see how it got all the low reviews

Horrible customer service they never answer the phone most often nobody is there to take care of schedule appointments.
