Iam so upset. One of the nurse here dont know how to draw blood, instead of drawing blood she pinch a nerve, and my arm hurt so bad that at this point I feel a tingling sensation and still in pain. She stick the needle like I was an animal. She had to call someone else to draw blood on me. It's been 3 days and still can't barely use my right arm. Unprofessional. If I see her again ohhhh hell to the no. I hope my arm gets better.

They are inefficient as it is possible that a stool test of a 16-month-old baby will have to last 3 days of poop collection. and that you put a plastic to the baby's diaper when the plastic to collect it, that plastic irritates the baby's tail and on top you have to wait between 2 and 5 more days for the result. pity service .. so a child becomes dehydrated waiting so long

Hours are not up to date on website! I specifically called Quest to make sure the office was open to 4:00 as stated on the quest website and was assured that it is open. My husband and I drove 40 minutes to and from, wasting our time and gas because of their inability to update their own schedule. I have a testing that must be completed in 72 hours and chose to drive to their location and lost my time and hopefully not my chance to get the testing completed. Even when I called the quest phone line back they were not helpful at all.

Unprofessional stupids crew are working over there(not all of them ). African american lady with short hair has no idea how take a blood sample from baby's leg and has no idea how to deal with new born.waiting 5 days for lab results which needs just few hours to be done.they lost information from computer then last day find it and give us some results and God knows how accurate is that one.if this lab has a manager please take your stuff and send them for training first and then let them work.it is shame to practice straight without knowledge.specially on baby's.

This place is amazingly fast Kelly was so fast and professional. Anna was very friendly and funny. I would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for professional friendly staff.
