Front desk lady was friendly . I made an appointment for 10:30am, came in as a walk in at 8:50, and was out by 9:30am. The lady who drew my blood was friendly, especially when I told her I was afraid of needles . She asked if I was ok while she drew my blood and told me how much longer I had .Overall nice experience! Would definitely recommend.

Not bad. I had an 8:00AM appointment with them in the morning some time last summer and it went very smoothly. I highly recommend making an appointment online, it doesn't take that long to go on and click a few buttons to save you guys massive amount of waiting time. The place was clean and parking was easy to find if you have an early appointment since the plaza's other stores aren't really open until 11:00AM.I arrived at 7:45AM (15 minutes after they opened) and the lab was packed already. Seeing the wait list, everyone had no appointment (asides from one other gentleman) so they ended up waiting for quite some time due to the sheer amount of patients (30 minutes).Also remember to bring your paperwork, blood test paperwork won't be in the system so you HAVE to bring the physical sheet. I unfortunately forgot mine and had to run home and get it. Luckily they allowed me front of the line when I came back since I had an appointment. So nice of them to do that for me. Front desk staff was very understanding and efficient with a welcoming demeanor.Now, the thing is, I'm trypanophobic so things likes this is NOT MY THANG. I tried really hard not to freak out even though the moment I saw my phlebotomists pull out that needle... Oh gawd, I felt the panic attack rising. I had to tell myself to deeply breath in and out. I was very glad that my phlebotomists was very friendly and made small talk in an effort to distract me from focusing on the needle. She easily drew 6 vials of blood from my arm and I also gave a urine test as well. My phlebotomists wrapped me up and got me going. Less than 7 minutes overall!Only thing I hated was the fasting part... I was SO hungry the entire morning. LOL.
